In 2020, I picked up my trusty Canon 500D to shoot my first recipe video. When I was still doing it after a year, I decided I could invest in a better camera for video, my Sony A6400.

Although I have a deep interest in Japanese cuisine and the culture that surrounds it, I finally came to the realisation that my skills lie more in researching and telling stories. So I have moved on to a new series, where I explore the places that Japanese food, and anything related, is made.
